"The property is beautiful and the rooms decorated so nicely. Abraham was incredible and so attentive our entire 3 day stay. He was definitely the highlight for us. The rest of the staff was fine, but not overly warm or friendly which was a contrast to what we had experienced at other places in Morocco. "

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "

"The Riyad is in the outskirts of Marakesh, it is self contained, with ornate gardens, pine, olive, mango and lemon trees and excellent decor. It has outdoor swimming pool and Jaccuzi; spa facilities are available on request. The hosts are very hospitable and served us very good quality food.The rooms are nice, comfortable and well serviced. It is ideal for prople who want a few days out of the bustle of the city and relax. The manager was very kind to organise transportation for all the outdoor activitiies we needed to do. If you are happy to pay the extra bit for the transportation, this is the ideal place to be in. We really enjoyed the stay. "

"The Lights went out on our first night but came back after 2 hours or so. The hotel is far from amenities. We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech. The staff were pleasant and professional, especially Munir and the room service lady. "

Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Abdoud for his responsiveness and organisation, and to Houssaine and his lovely wife Yussra for their warmth and care throughout our stay.
