"Top notch property. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The restaurant at the property serves a set course meal worth of a Michelin star. Rooms are huge and very confortable. Unfortunately check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10. Pool does not open until 1 pm and closes at 7 pm so you need to stay at least 2 nights if you want to use it. "

"A little disappointed as I had booked a hotel with a restaurant ( helpful when travelling alone with kids) and it was closed for the end of season. The room was also rather basic and smelled of damp. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and the breakfast good. I visit Auron a lot but will stay elsewhere next time. "

"It was the worst stay in my life. The manager of hotel was very rude to me and to my wife. In addition to it, I paid a premium to get a room with a terrace and when I arrived the same person told me that there were no more rooms with terrace. I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. It is a sky area and we needed to take a shower. It was not possible. I also called the police since there were 40 families with no water and no effective answer from the hotel,"

"We came for our family retreat in isola and stayed in this property one night. Overall great for our needs , our kids stayed in the 2 single beds and the adults stayed in the bedroom + 2 bed/couches. The location is ideal being very close from all the restaurants and shops. "So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
