Fun Family Place with Extras and Space

This spectacular space is sure to check all the boxes!

Located in west Ames, in close proximity to Iowa State University, this twin home offers three bedrooms, two of which are en suite, perfect for privacy when traveling with colleagues, extended family, or friends. The third bedroom has a bathroom of its own just down the hall.

This house is surprisingly spacious! At just under 2,000 square feet, it provides room and style for everyone!

When mingling's the mission, there are two common areas to enjoy!

Upstairs you'll find a modern living room with seating for six, perfect for a quiet evening with a glass of wine and good conversation.

Downstairs is where fun is waiting to happen! The game room includes seating for six in front of our 75" TV, a pool table, air hockey, retro arcade games, a youth basketball hoop, and a game table for four which, of course, is accompanied by a variety of games to play!

When you're ready for some personal space, each of the sleeping quarters has ample to offer and is equipped with its own 43" TV.

Bedroom 2: King, Twin Daybed (x3)
Bedroom 3: Choose your snooze! This room is customizable to best suit your group! It comes standard with two Twin XL beds. You may opt to have them connected to create a King instead! Just let us know which way you'd like the room set up for you! This room also has a bonus standard Twin bed. (x3)
Living room: Full Hide-a-Bed (x2)

Our warm weather guests may enjoy their morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our front patio. Then feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy dinner in our cozy back yard, where there is dining seating for 10, and additional casual seating for 8 around the fire pit. Both of these spaces are softly lit for hours of nighttime enjoyment. (Available May-October.)

Our cold weather guests may enjoy a stimulating seasonal sensation! Bring your bathing suit and plan to treat yourself to a soak in our outdoor 6-8 person inflatable hot tub! Sink inside and let the jets heat and massage you, while the crisp, cool air simultaneously invigorates you! Just sit back, relax, and let the bubbles float your worries away! (Available November-April.)

Wonderful spot to visit ISU student!
Gina‘s place is absolutely fantastic! Clean, great location close to the university, and very well stocked! She even had fresh fruit and donuts for us upon arrival! We were blown away at how nice this place was! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here for graduation weekend! Gina is amazing!!! The house is very clean and well stocked! There was fresh fruit and pastries! Flowers and a banner for our son who graduated! Great house!
7 moms stayed at this house for our sons fraternity’s Mom Weekend. The house was a perfect set up and all of the extras the host does is amazing! We arrived to donuts and an amazing coffee bar. It was great. The parking was a little difficult with 7 of us and having 1 parking spot and with Ames set up of alternating parking but we made it work. It’s just a little extra work moving cars. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

The property was 4 minutes from campus and was such a delightful place to relax and enjoy each others company. The little extras, tea and coffee bar and snack options were so helpful. And unexpected! Anniversary weekend

Fun family house!
We enjoyed our stay here while we were visiting an Iowa State student. The house was clean! The whole family enjoyed the fun games in the basement! The beds were comfortable and showers nice! Gina supplied us with special snacks just for our stay - wow what a nice gesture!! My kids enjoyed the house so much, there were tears when we left. Overall good communication with Gina. I will recommend this home rental to other family members when they visit my nephew.

Fridge with breakfast muffins and snacks and snacks on the counter. Would stay again when we get a chance. Loved the big tv in the game room. Close to everything and grocery is 2 block away. All amenities needed and stocked well. Parking is a little tight but not a problem if you dont have trucks. Loved the stay.

PERFECT for a family visiting campus!
Impeccably clean, exceptionally generously appointed and perfectly located to campus! My husband and I stayed with our 2 younger children as well as my parents...all to visit our oldest son and nephew, both students at Iowa State University...and of course to tailgate and enjoy a Cyclone football game. It could not have been a better weekend. My elderly parents had a perfect first floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom while my husband and I used a similar bedroom/bathroom set up downstairs. The kids used the other main floor bedroom with bathroom down the hall. Yes, that's THREE full bathrooms. Nice! The beds were super comfy and bathroom supplied with plenty of high quality towels. The lower level with foosball, air hockey, LARGE tv and super comfy seating was a perfect extra space for the kids to have their own hang out. The townhome is on an established street but was recently re-modeled...carpeting and furniture all appeared brand new. Gina was exceptionally generous in not only equipping the kitchen with all the supplies and gadgets we could hope for, but also an ample supply of consumables for the entire townhome...dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, paper towels, garbage bags. etc. etc. This is not the case for all VRBO rentals. She even included all necessary bathroom supplies down to shaving cream and razors! Over the top welcome basket as well...MORE than enough bakery items and fresh fruit for all of us to have breakfast in addition to milk, juice and yogurts in the fridge. Coffee, filters and k-cups were set out for us too. There's not a single thing we needed to run out for. The garage and private driveway space is another plus. I only wish we had time to enjoy the Iowa State monopoly game, puzzle or one of many other games available. We hope to be back this winter for a Cyclone basketball game weekend. Thank you, Gina, for taking such good care of us!

Everything was PERFECT!
My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long. And this 80s baby never left the arcade table playing all of my favorite games. My family road trips all over the US and have stayed at many VRBOs and I can tell you that Gina is a top-notch host! We were greeted with treats from the bakery. She already had basic essentials in the fridge and milk. As well as fresh fruit, small boxes of cereal, chips/cookies and every variety of coffee and tea you could imagine. I have never had a host be so accommodating. It was a pleasure, and we cannot wait to return. We have 5 years ahead of us as she is going through a Master's program. :-)

Family forever!
House and property was perfect for our family get together for the 1st ISU football game. The yard and fire pit was also the perfect place for the family to gather each evening to share their stories. The beds were very comfortable and the games in the basement entertained the jr high grandkids. Bathrooms were very clean and plenty of kitchen items to feed and serve everyone. Great stay!
