The property was clean and there was good communication with the owner. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our adult son decided to stay with us at short notice and Anasse was able to help us with that.

Clean apartment , everything you need. Easy access of the town for us as we had bikes. Quite a way to walk. No views . Slightly run down area . However the apartment itself was nice.

The apartment is very nice. We were there for an extended stay (6 weeks) and made a couple of suggestions to our host about some additions that would make a long term stay a little easier. For a shorter stay the apartment is wonderful.The location is great . Within walking distance to several grocery stores, boulangerie/patisserie, the local farmers market is great. Beautiful park is within blocks as is the zoo. The distance to the Centre Ville is quite manageable on foot as is the rail station. Rail connections to Paris, Belgium, the Champagne district and most of northern France is quite convenient. We had a wonderful 6 week stay and would definitely recommend this location.

C est notre deuxiéme séjour dans cet appartement et rien de bien négatif à remonter si ce n est que la douche ,notamment les entre deux portes et parois dans le bas mériteraient d étre mieux nettoyer.Pour le reste impec.

Bon sejour
Bon sejour au sein d'un appartement au calme et propre. Place de parking qui est un plus pour se garer gratuitement. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais il est present par tel en cas de soucis. Tout est bien noté dans l'appart. Seul bemol la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui fait un bruit et donc resonne dans le logement. À refaire sans hesiter

Ce logement convient très bien pour deux personnes. Il est très propre. Peut-être à signaler toutefois un manque d'insonorisation par rapport aux logements voisins mais, pour quelques jours, ce n'est pas extrêmement gênant. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, lumineux, bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Le propriétaire répond très vite et se montre attentionné. La région est très intéressante et agréable à découvrir. On peut très facilement garer sa voiture dans la résidence et c'est vraiment appréciable. Merci beaucoup !

joli petit appartement
C est un joli petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans une résidence calme, située près d'un parc. On peut aller visiter le centre historique d'Amiens à pied, sinon l arrêt de bus est très près. Très bien pour un couple. Notre hôte est à l écoute de nos besoins. Bonne expérience.
