I loved staying at the Le Grand Amman Hotel in Amman Jordan. It was amazing. From the time we walked in the door, they were all so kind to us and made us feel special. the staff was amazing. we loved them each one of them. They got a taxi to take us into town and They got a taxi to take us to the Airport. They were so good, They made us feel safe and secure. Thank You, We loved your staff.

Staff was great. Hotel room had a bad smell to it and AC did not work past low. We notified the staff and they tried to help and moved us to a bigger room. Unfortunatly that room also smelled musty and dusty and the air conditioner did not go past a certain level. We do appriciate the staff trying to help.

A Grand Place to Stay in Amman
I had a great time staying at the Le Grand Amman. The location was suitable for me, close to some stores and restaurants. I loved the elegance in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the place and the staff. It seems that the staff does not know what hospitality is. They are rude and they try to rip you off and they hate the fact that we booked via expedia. On check-out they tried to rip us off with an additional 20 US Dollars per room "because expedia make them lose 20 US Dollars as difference of exchange". That's obviously a bogus reason.
