"Fabulous stay at the Ostria Apartments. We stayed for three nights in the Executive Room which had a large terrace with sun beds, sofa, table and umbrella. All the exceptionally clean rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard and they all have fabulous views of the bay. Dimitris, the owner was a brilliant and generous host throughout, arranging taxis etc. He also runs an excellent drinks and snack bar next to the pool. I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."
