"Our stay in this house in Nosy Be was idyllic. We spent about a week in this paradise and we would absolutely recommend it. Our family was gathering from all over the world and we could not have dreamt of a better place. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. "The resort was beautiful. The beach, the pool were fantastic and the rooms were good. They offered some good excursions and the kids club team were great with our daughter. On the negative side, Andilana Beach Resort targets a very specific demographic, Italians. This should have been highlighted as everything was in Italian, including all the entertainment, which limited our enjoyment. The language barrier was also a bit of a challenge, as we spoke very little Italian and most of the staff spoke limited English. The food was also specific to the demographic with more pasta and pizza on offer than we could handle. There were a few other options, but the quality was average. The resort could benefit from incorporating more local cuisine more regularly. We did get local options on the excursions, which was really good. Overall, the resort was great, the staff were great, but we struggled with the fact that everything was in Italian, which we did not expect from a French speaking territory."

"The property is nice looking. But it’s more about the looks than the value with this resort. The decor leads you to believe you are in a 5 star hotel, but the air con in the room is tiny, the room was never cold. The all inclusive buffet has lots of options however the taste is lacking. This hotel services primarily an Italian population however all Italian dishes were average at best. Staff moves super slow. I spent my birthday at the resort and booked a private beach side dinner. The pasta I got was super hard to chew (it was not al dente, I have eaten myway through Italy), I ordered a chocolate cake and Malagasy birthday song. I got a vanilla cake with English singing. I was disappointed. The beach is super nice, they have security guarding the salespeople off. "

"Staff were amazing, really hospitable. Nothing too much trouble! Marcello ( Resort Manager) went above and beyond. Always about. Very personable. Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted."
