"Hotel nice and clean and comfortable. Service on reception, very mixed. Sometimes good and others poor. Restaurant food and choices very good. Waiting staff in the Restaurant, totally clueless. Bringing food to your table regularly which you haven't ordered, someone else has ordered it. Having to regularly ask for certain things, like water. "The hotel was nice, but did not feel like a 5 star break."

"The staff were all courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and nice. One negative point was that the pressure when the hot water was being used in the shower was low and the water temperature wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was due to the cold weather. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed at the inn but spent more time at Radisson blu Staff is respectful and courteous. Rooms are clean, property and adjacent areas ( Radisson park inn and Radisson blu ) absolutely gorgeous. They could wash all their exterior windows tho "
