The room was wonderful and staff were helpful and friendly. 4 stars awarded solely because the lighting could have done with being brighter in the room, particularly near the kitchenette area. Otherwise, the room was well furnished, clean and spacious. The kids loved it.

Very beautiful property better then hotel vondel garden for more then half the price! Don’t get tricked and pay for an expensive hotel this hotel was only $250 and far nicer then the $500 night at hotel vondel garden that was $500/ night I highly recommend this hotel

Overall, this is a nice hotel. There has been an ongoing issue with the lifts with both out of commission for a short period iime and then one working, and finally both working. The staff were attentive but seemed a bit overworked and with only reception staff available in the evenings. The food was good but dining services is only limited to breakfasts.
