This houseboat is cosy and comfortable. It features a living room with open fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bed room with queen size be. The living room (with 2 pers. sofa bed) has dining and sitting area and big windows facing the water, which make it very light.

The veranda is your perfect place for a coffee in the sunny morning or a for a wine in the evening. When it it to warm, you can go take a swim in the Westeinderplassen.

The houseboat is located 15 minutes drive from Schiphol airport, and 4 minutes from Aalsmeer center where you can go for all your shopping and for nice restaurants. In Aalsmeer, you can rent bikes (also e-bikes). We recommend Bert de Vries. Amsterdam is 30 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station by car (1 hour by public transport).

Adorable house on a Canal
We fell in love with Alsmeer. Who knew we would be there for crazy Alsmeer Day. Fantastic bakery, great Indian restaurant, lovely helpful people. We would definitely go back.

Mooie plek
Prima verblijf. Bed slaapt heerlijk. Tv alleen te gebruiken door streaming vanaf IPad of telefoon. Verwarming werkte vaak niet, ook niet na resetten. Prachtig sanitair, alleen de douchekop is te zwaar en valt steeds naar beneden. Handleiding zou prettig zijn, ook voor de kookplaat. Zeker bij warm weer een toplocatie.

Perfekte Lage - vieles gut erreichbar
Der Aufenthalt war super - tolle Umgebung - Nähe zum Airport interessant - uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört und Nachts ist Ruhe - Einzig der Backofen und das ein oder andere Geschirr sollte mal ersetzt werden.

Das Hausboot hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick auf andere Boote. Leider wirkt es etwas ungepflegt und lieblos.. Der Backofen funktioniert immer noch nicht, die Kühlschranktür ist defekt und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Nach der Reinigung des Syphons ist das Wasser im Bad des Waschbeckens wieder abgeflossen. Schöner wäre es, wenn diese Arbeit nicht der Gast übernehmen müsste..

Fast perfektes Relaxen
Außer, das der Ofen kaputt war und trotz Sonnenschirmständer kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden war, war alles schön. Jedoch als Feedback möchte mit auf dem Weg geben, dass ich es als Service erachte, das der Vermieter(in) o.Mitarbeiter der Agentur vorbei kommen und nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. So fühlt sich dann der Gast gut aufgehoben, und bei Problemen kann schneller reagiert werden. Ich meine dabei nicht die Gäste, die nur ein Wochenende da sind; sondern länger als 3-4 Tage auf dem Hausboot übernachten. Ich finde dies ergibt dann auch bessere Rezessionen, die zu mehr Buchungen führen können.

1 Woche in Aalsmeer
Insgesamt hat uns das Hausboot gut gefallen. Die Küche müsste vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Im Inserat stand Toaster vorhanden, war aber leider nicht so. Nach Kommunikation mit der Agentur wurde das rausgenommen, also kein Toaster.

Gemütliches Hausboot mit toller Aussicht!
Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Hausboot mit genügend Platz. In der Küche waren alle benötigten Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden. Lediglich der Backofen war „out of Order“. Einen Toaster gab es leider auch nicht. Dafür liegt der Lidl mit leckeren Backwaren direkt fussläufig. Das Hausboot war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns beide und unsere kleine Fellnase ein rundum perfekter Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top angepriesen, stark Renovierungsbedürftig
Check in 15 Uhr. Objekt noch nicht gereinigt. Wartezeit ca 2 Stunden. Küche stark in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Backofen hat ausgetauscht und nicht mit out of order still gelegt zu sein . Tapeten im Durchgang lösen sich von der Wand. Duschabtrennung notdürftig mit einem Vorhang behoben. Für das Geld erwarten wir mehr.

Nettes Hausboot für 2 Personen
Zweckmässig aber auch mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schade, dass die kleine Terrasse nicht überdacht und windgeschützt ist. Das Bett bräuchte dringend eine Überholung! Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Erholsames Hausboot
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf einem außergewöhnlichen Hausboot. Einfach nur der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Neben Aalsmeer sind auch Haarlem und Zandvoort schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Tisch für die Terasse und ein Sonnenschirm wären noch super für die Ausstattung.

SUP Paradies
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub auf diesem Hausboot! Es fing mit dem "kontaktlosen" Check-In an - der Schlüssel ist in einem Zahlenschloss-Schließfach am Haus deponiert. Perfekt, wenn man noch am späteren Abend anreisen möchte. Alle Infos kamen vorher per Mail. Das Hausboot ist sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumiger als erwartet. Higlights sind die große Fensterfront und der eigene Steg, der auch als Terasse dient. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und mehr, wie z.B. das elektrisch verstellbare Bett und der Deckenventilator. Das Hausboot liegt in einem der hunderten kleinen Seitenarmen des schön grünen Yachthafens, mit tollem Ausblick. Von der Terasse aus sind wir mit unseren Stand-Up-Paddle-Boards zu diversen Touren aufgebrochen. Ein wahres Paradies für SUP / Kanu sind die labyrinthartigen Kanäle ziwschen "kleine Poel" und "Grote Poel" mit den wunderschön angelegten Gärten auf den Inseln. Es ist sogar möglich mit den Boards bis zum Albert Heijn Supermarkt zu paddlen, anzulegen und einkaufen zu gehen. Alles in allem einfach Traumhaft!

Het was het net niet helemaal...
Algemene indruk is dat het het net niet helemaal was zoals je mag verwachten, namelijk: 1. Senseo Pad Houder is kapot 2. Bijna alle kopjes en glazen waren beschadigd 3. Een zeer ingedeukte pan 4. Afwasmachine valt je aan bij het openen 5. Nergens een informatiemap of handleidingen te vinden 6. Koelkast werd zeer warm aan de buitenkant 7. Geen brandblusser of branddeken gezien 8. Zeer glad kleed 9. Een vieze harige bank 10. Geen hordeur naar de vlonder (die er wel gezeten heeft) 11. Een lek bord, de pastsaus kwam er gewoon doorheen 12. Op de foto van de keuken staat een nespresso afgebeeld, komen we daar met een voorraad nerpresso cups blijkt er een Senseo te staan. 13. De magnetron combi over doet het niet en is niet vervangen nadat wij dit tijdig hebben doorgegeven.
