Lovely room, room had recently been upgraded. Comfortable beds & nice bathroom. Only down side was on the top floor without a lift however the stairs were manageable.

Stayed one night in downtown Amsterdam and this room met all my needs. Good shower water pressure, comfortable bed, and quiet for sleep despite being in the middle of a lot of action. Some rooms require going up and down steep stairs, like much of central Amsterdam hotels, so be aware of that when booking!

The location was great!! Five minute walk from Central Station. There are a lot of stairs which is difficult to navigate with luggage but we knew that before we booked. Lobby etc. is old and tired and room was small but very clean. Anywhere else I’d say this room was overpriced but Amsterdam is very expensive and because the location was so wonderful we felt it was a very good choice for us.

EXCELLENT location if you come in by train. Short walk from station, and right on the main tram line. Amazingly quiet given that it is on the main street coming from the RR station. Very comfy bed. Able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The place is extremely clean and very well placed for visiting everywhere - reading reviews beforehand and the hotel itself warn you about the stairs and they are steep and we were at the top but the room was great staff lovely very clean

It's a nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Close to Amsterdam Centraal station and lots of cool shops nearby. Only downside is it's not wheelchair accessible.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had mostly no issues besides the stairs leading up to the room. But, the room was very clean and after the renovation it looked great. The bathroom was excellent but the room seemed to keep the humidity and warm which made it hard to stay in it during the day. There was an air condition but it was too much to use it. I did enjoy my stay there overall.
