Great location near the metro. Ideal for visiting Amsterdam. Clean room, bedding and towels. Hairdryer provided. Bring travel plugs. Shelf in wardrobe was broken though. I’d still recommend. Great for the price of a triple room. Very comfy mattress!

Very good hotel, accessible by train and tram.
This is our third stay in a Novotel, our first in Amsterdam. We find this hotel chain very reliable. The hotel itself is in a nice location, accessible by train as well as tram. The hotel was booked fully and they couldn't give us our room even 30 minutes earlier than check in time. But we got connecting rooms upon request. Breakfast at all novotels we stayed, including this one, is awesome. If you are used to included breakfast in US hotels, you will be amazed at the range of options in a Novotel in Europe! It is not cheap and usually not included. But if you pay for breakfast when booking the room it is much cheaper than if you pay after check in. At this hotel kids under 16 are free, so we effectively had to pay for only 2 adults. Totally worth it, especially before a day of sightseeing!

Had a very bad experience since the start. Booked the hotel from 11-14 July but due to some personal reason had to travel on 12 and stay till 15 July so paid extra for a day more. Now my disappointment starts when I reached the hotel on 12th July around midnight which I informed them in advance. 1) hotel staff (guy) was mentioning about no show extra charge but when I tried to explain that I have already paid from 11-14 and one additional day 15th July too. I tired to explain to them that we don’t need the money back of the day we didn't stay as it was us who came late but I was not happy to pay more. But he just cut me off, spoke really rudely and told me to not to speak. Next day I requested the staff to provide us with the previous staff name but they refused 2) on Sunday morning we met one lady staff ( I think she was supervisor of housekeeping) who spoke English we requested her to leave some fresh towels as they didn’t leave any on the previous day and water. But to our disappointment they didn’t even clean the room let alone leaving extra towels or water. AC was not working properly. Overall very disappointing.

Great hotel, perfectly located for the RAI exhibition center. Easy to get into Amsterdam and to the airport. Would recommend.
