Amazing hotel, very close to the metro station. The ladies at the “front desk” are not very friendly and don’t help you at all, but the rest of the staff are very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Practically contactless check in/out and beautiful rooms. The location is perfect as it is very close to the metro and it takes less than 15 minutes to get into downtown Amsterdam. The service was very good and we had tucked sheets and new towels every day. Thanks Ruby Emma for the excellent stay.

I love the hotel. Great location, the train station is 5 mins walk to the hotel and you are away from the craziness of the center. Stuff are great. The guy from the bar was great, provided good recommendation about restaurants and place to go
