Exceptional property. Close to Amsterdam city via public transport which is frequent and 10 minutes journey time. Property is really lovely next to the water. Restaurant is very good too.

Really nice apartment interior, and right next to the river. Quiet and cosy, a nice touch would be some blankets for when you’re on the couch and some complimentary beverages in the fridge. All in all, friendly and helpful reception staff. Decent menu and good choice of food, Would stay again

The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap (when I can afford a longer stay). It’s about a 25/30 min walk to central Amsterdam and it’s an easy enough walk. The ferry is about a 10 minute walk away too, so great to get to the artsy side of dam. The only thing I didn’t love was the TV - we luckily brought a cable to connect our iPad to use Netflix etc, but if you don’t have that, you can only watch a couple channels and the apps don’t load properly - it took me a while to get YouTube up and I can’t even remember how I did it in the first place! I can’t say that’s the case for every room and is only a slight negative if you wanted to chill and watch something after being out all day.

Very pleasant location. Staff is warm and friendly. Nice touches by providing fresh fruit, water and even holiday chocolates. Having a gym and sauna was great. However getting massages scheduled was near impossible. Overall a nice place to stay.

The studio provided us with almost everything we needed, in a good location, just a short walk from a bus stop/route with access Centraal Station. The hotel itself, our room and it's facilities were well presented, clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The only negatives were not enough small towels in our room, but this was quickly remedied when we queried this at reception, and they were lacking saucepans in the kitchen, which I hope they'll remedy, having informed them of this at checkout.

Great hotel, the restaurant is amazing, if you're too tired to go out you won't feel like you missed out on a good meal. Gym is fantastic, the spa is free, and they have free fruit every morning. The laundry is $6 for a wash and dry, easy to use. There's also a barbershop onsite.

It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area. The bathroom is pretty spacious, and for a few days, it felt like there was heated flooring. The laundry facility is very convenient. It's a great place to work remotely while exploring Amsterdam. The restaurant is great but has limited options and is on the more expensive side. The front desk staff are always helpful and very accommodating. The only note is that the VIP status from Expedia was never mentioned, nor were any perks for VIP offered.

Stayed at The July with my partner for his birthday and it was hands down the BEST hotel or accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful place, absolutely lovely staff, quiet area but within walkable distance of all amenities that are needed. Staff were very helpful and lovely from the very beginning, on the morning of my partners birthday we received a birthday card with 2 drink vouchers which was so thoughtful. We travel often and we’ve both been so impressed we will definitely be recommending this and returning ourselves because the hospitality was simply unmatched! Thank you for making our first Amsterdam trip so smooth and memorable.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need for a fun visit. I travelled with my husband and 18 month old daughter. The hotel provided a lovely, comfy cot bed for her which she had no trouble sleeping in. The room had a fridge which was ideal for storing her milk and breakfasts. The staff are incredibly helpful and very nice people. We’d definitely return again!

I received a room upgrade to the penthouse when I checked in. I was amazed by the view and amenities in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options offered a variety of options to satisfy my tastebuds. The hotel is centrally location to give you a feel of being within the city but also a bit of a solitude away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Amsterdam.
