The apartment was amazing and beautiful! Perfect location too!

This place is a truly gem in Porto. Close to everything. First off the guys in charge are so attentive and since before arriving they explain you even how to get to the apartment. We took the metro from the airport and it was only 30 min away and less than 3€. Metro station is like a minute walking. The property is beautiful, the apartment is so spacious and has everything (washing/drying machine, coffee, kettle, iron, etc). The kitchen is nice. Bathroom is amazing, hot water and a tub!. Room is beautiful and the bed/pillows soooo comfortable. It is literally close to all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed our time here so much! Definitely recommend it and would come back!

Excellent position, easy access to metro.. lovely to have day out but come back for a rest and plenty of options for the evening, walk down bridge or quayside and metro /bus back. Lovely shopping centre other side of market.. only downside to the apartment were the 32 steps up before we could access lift to our 3rd floor.....plus a couple of hooks in the hallway to hang wet coats would be useful, unfortunately the sun doesn't shine all the time ..

Everything was wonderful except that it did mot feel like there was much recognition of VIP status. No bottles of wine were offered or room upgrade. We had to argue for the room we orginally paid for and also we were downgraded for the end of our stay. It felt like we paid a lot of money ($450/nt) to not be treated like anything special. $450 is a lot of momey in Portugal. or anywhere..it was disappointing. I think the staff is very nice but they seemed stressed. The management forces them to sell rooms out from under reserved guests. There seemed to be other angry guests. That is not a good way to run business. The rate should be guaranteed.

Excellent place to stay in Porto. Staff was very informative and provided great guidance for sightseeing and restaurants; would highly recommend.
