This is an excellent hotel with amazing staff and service. They have a text system for housekeeping which provides IMMEDIATE responses! Beautiful lobby. But...far to walk to Disney - about 30 minutes. The shuttle is good, bit small, but seemed to seat most of us. We did use uber as well. There is a target across the street which is great. As you walk further from Disney, into this area, you will notice the streets get dirtier and the company quite rough.

The hotel worked great for us, our trip was for Disney. We arrived a bit early and checked in, we then strolled by Downtown Disney, it’s super close, 5-10 min drive, they even provide shuttles . The place was very nice, neat, good vibe, restaurants, coffee shop and a cool rec area. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We were here for my daughter's dance convention. It felt safe and secure. It was convenient having a Starbucks, a deli and 2 restaurants on site. We did not have to leave to get food during breaks; although there's plenty of restaurant options within a 3-mile radius.
