Very good hotel just the doors to the bedroom literally locked us in (some faulty lock or something), made one of our days stressful as we couldn’t get out until the lock just worked with some manipulating of the mechanism. The staff were awesome and the site is clean and well organized

Customer service was great from front desk to house cleaning to shuttle service to restaurant/starbucks, however the stay itself was pretty awful. When we walked into our room, the smell was very overwhelming. It smelled like after shave or air freshener that was so strong that we both couldn’t breathe. There was no way to air it out and it was very musty too. Our bed was very uncomfortable. My lower back and neck hurt every morning from all the indentations from the mattress and lack of support from the pillows. Poor sound too. I could hear everything from the plumbing of other’s bathrooms to loud voices in hallway and rooms. I was disappointed to have to pay so much to park my car each day for the price. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.
