"It was very well equipped, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We appreciated the kitchen and the space, and we liked having laundry facilities in the building, although the washing machines did not work terribly well and the drying feature didn't work at all. "I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc. "
