Andorra la Vella Holidays

Very pleasant stay during Easter days although everywhere else was crowded. Hotel was also fully booked but everything worked well, no major queues anywhere. Breakfast was a bit busy, otherwise really enjoyed the quiet break and thermal spas.

Their service is good. Although they have provided a kettle (subject for availability) as per my request, it could have been better if there is already one in the room (same as other hotels). Ive rated the service 4 because when I checked in, the staff took my credit card so they could charge me if something say is damaged. I clarified this with Joel when we checked out, ie. If they will check our room, but he said no need. They will charge me say for breakfast (not covered by our reservation). Surprise explanation from the staff when we checked in.

Really very good and all staff is very nice and good persons

The location was close enough to the sites and shopping, the staff was helpful and the room was nice

For an area we haven’t stayed before, this was a great choice.
