"The staff went above and beyond for me. The was a head of state staying at a nearby hotel and my taxi could not come to the hotel.The driver texted his location but I was unfamiliar with the location. I showed the text to the staff and one of them( sorry that I do not have his name) walked me to meet my taxi. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest."

"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean. "The hotel is bang in the middle of the city centre and is a stone’s throw away from the Kossuth Lajos tube station. The room was clean. The corridors were a bit dates, scuff marks on the wall etc. they could do with a bit of up-keep. The breakfast was average with hot food and cold cuts options and pastries.
