This is a clean, comfortable, beautifully designed hotel. My complaint is that upon check in I was informed that there is an additional $35 per night "Urban Fee". Just didn't sit well with me and I thought it was quite dishonest to spring on a guest.

Great setting in an old bank and superb location. Cafe staff were exceptional. Rooms were well decorated but our bathroom door was blocked by the shower so it wouldn’t open fully. Also, our room lacked hot water and once alerted to the fact an onsite engineer was dispatched.

Overall, a wonderful property. There are clear maintenance deficiencies throughout the property. There was a large blower outside of my room attempting to dry the hallway carpet from a water leak. The smell from the blower was quite naturally unpleasant. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. However, these are isolated issues and don’t necessarily reflect a persistent problem. Overall, great value and experience. Well worth the investment and time spent.

"Amazing staff accommodation bath, bathroom exceptional. I would recommend for all my family and friends. Very close to leffant station. We took the train in terminal 2 of Ronald Reagan airport. In less than 20 min we were at the hotel. Highly recommend!"
