You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Modern new build, hot tub, ski in/out, bike in/out, fire pit.

Recent build located right next to the ski hill, with a hot tub. Access from the property to be able to bike or ski to the mountain (which is less than 100 yards from the cabin with access to heading home run). VRBO will not let me post a satellite image of our proximity to the ski mountain, so if you would like me to privately message that to you, please let me know. There’s also a second option for ski access that works well if there’s not enough snow to ski out from our cabin. The cabin is right around the corner from the El Camino drop-off area; this option is much less walking, but you will need to be dropped off. It is a two-minute drive at most.

This cabin has a mountain modern feel and includes a hot tub, fire pit, and game room. The cabin has two bedrooms and loft space (one bedroom has a king bed, the other bedroom has two queen beds, and the loft space has two queen beds). The game room loft area has a foosball table and a shuffleboard table. It has an expansive back deck with lots of lounging options. Brand new bedding and mattresses. We have a tankless hot water heater that makes sure you never run out of hot water, even when back-to-back showers are taken. 50Mbps fiber optic internet. The kitchen is well-stocked with brand new everything (pots, pans, utensils, appliances). The kitchen is stocked with a crockpot, coffee maker with built-in grinder, espresso machine, air fryer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, and much more. Not a bunch of leftover hand-me-down kitchen items. Sorry, those rentals get my blood boiling.

****4WD or AWD is recommended for parking in the driveway during the winter/rainy season; if you do not have AWD or 4WD, you can park at the top of the cul-de-sac and walk down the driveway to the cabin (100 feet); please be careful as it can be icy/muddy. Pets are allowed for a fee of $200 per stay, no more than 3. Guest who brings unauthorized pets on-premise will be charged a $500 fee.

Please also note that for your safety and security and ours, we do have a ring floodlight camera mounted to the outside of the cabin. This camera is used to make sure trades show up prior to your arrival to make sure things like the cabin being cleaned and the hot tub being serviced are done prior to your arrival.

Seclusion on the Slopes
If you want to escape the crowds found at the base of Angel Fire, this place is excellent. Ski-in/out works perfectly. The property is great for all ages; our grandkids enjoyed all the games offered, the parentals enjoyed the fireplace.

Winter Wonderland

Perfect home and location!

Great ski cabin
We loved this cabin! Beautiful and just the right size for a small family. We were able to ski in and ski out to "Headin' Home" which made the weekend very convenient. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful even though we stayed through Christmas Eve. They were attentive via text, everything was provided and clean and ready to go when we arrived. Thanks for a great stay, we'll definately come again!

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful cabin with a great view. They have stocked it with everything you could need. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of mountain biking. The biking trails were great and it was great to be able to bike in and out to the trails from the cabin. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Forest Getaway
This is the location if you are looking for a peaceful place above the tree line. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Evenings in the hot tub amongst the stars were incredible. Sitings of deer, elk, and turkeys were a common daily experience in this location. I highly recommend this location and property.

Beautiful property!
As advertised and great communication with owner. The house was very well stocked with everything you need. The ski out wasn't super easy, but we managed to do it! It was nice to be off a green run for those of us who need to get our "sea legs" first. We loved the seclusion of the house and the hot tub was a welcome relief at the end of the day. Great place great getaway great for bikers!
Amazing property for anyone biking angel fire for a few days. You are literally 150 yards from the top of the diesel and turbo diesel runs. This is the best bike in bike out place we’ve ever rented. Also it’s incredibly quiet. Not even a car noise in the distance. You really can relax there and you feel like the rest of the world is far far away

Great cabin for Adults and kids alike!
This was the perfect cabin for both the adults and kids. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor deck, hot tub, and seating area. The indoor fireplace and comfortable furnishings made for a wonderful palace to relax after skiing. The upstairs loft with games was great for family/friend time. We especially enjoyed the ski in and ski out access from the cabin. Hopping onto the Heading Home ski run was perfect. We hope to come back next year.

Very responsive host - wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was always available with any questions or concerns we had. Coffee maker broke and there was a new one on my doorstep within an hour! The proximity to the ski slope is fantastic. A small hike allows one to drop in at the top of the terrain park. The cup de sac is currently “very” private with only the host home. Love it!!!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for our anniversary. The cabin is absolutely beautiful inside and has incredible views out every window. It’s very secluded and you can’t see other houses around you. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with anything you could need. It is up the mountain pretty far, so it does take about 20 minutes to get to a grocery store. We took our dogs for walks just on the roads and found gorgeous views and saw a lot of wildlife. If you’re looking for a peaceful and secluded getaway this is the right place. We hope to come back anytime we can!

Perfect holiday !
Family of 7 celebrating a late Christmas and the cabin was perfect. And the Christmas tree was such a bonus !!! Ski in ski out allowed all of us to ski at our own pace. Pet friendly so we could have our fuzzy family with us. Well stocked Kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking - a great room so everyone was involved . And the hot tub overlooking sunset through the trees - magical!! Spent the last night in a shuffleboard tournament in the upstairs game room! Perfect holiday !

Plan ahead and you'll love this place!
This house has everything you could want in a vacation rental. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and all the touches that made it feel like home. We wish we had known how far we were from town. It takes 15 minutes on a rough, windy dirt road (watch out for car sickness!) to get to stores and restaurants. The privacy and views are worth it, just be sure to plan ahead. Stock up on a lot of groceries, and don't plan on just "popping into town" for meals.

Great place to stay in Angel Fire!
Our family of 7 went snow skiing and the house was just right for us! The grandkids loved the loft with all the games! Ski in and ski out was as it said. A little walk up the trail and your on Heading Home! Ski right up to the house coming in! Snow wasn’t the best for the trails, but it worked great for us! Hot tub was wonderful after chasing grandkids down the slopes! Owners always answered our questions quickly! We will definitely be back!

Love skiing Angel Fire
We picked this VRBO for two main reasons. One, the games for the kids looked fun and they were. Two, it was listed as a ski in and ski out. It was a hike to Heading Home. It would have been ok if we didn’t have kids. The hike out is a decent workout and the ski in was easy.. The hike out was not doable for our kids. The house is on a beautiful property and we really enjoyed the beauty and privacy. Four wheel drive is a must if it is snowing.

Awesome place, great location!
First off, the place was amazing. The hot tub on the porch was great after a day of snowboarding. The ski in and ski out was pretty straight forward. We just got a TON of snow so getting in and out was quite a chore when the snow was past the knees. We had a few incidences with our stay, the host was the best though. Super responsive every single time I needed help. We got stuck on the mountain on our way in one night, Luke had me multiple numbers for people to pull us out, within minutes! The locals were helpful first thing in the morning and got us out. The place was built within the past couple years so it’s very modern and up to date. Has beautiful views. Great place to stay and by far one of the best hosts I’ve had!

Mostly Awesome/One-Time Slip Up?
The cabin’s location near the top of the mtn. so close to the trails, was amazing! We had mtn bikers in our group of eight (adults & teens) to enjoy the trails for the off-season, so this made it super convenient and ideal. I do see the reviews have been really high, so thinking that this is a unique situation and hoping Luke can get everything lined up nicely again for the next guests. We all felt the cabin was not ready for our arrival; dirty floors showing up on our socks within 1/2 hr of arrival, not sufficiently stocked with supplies; bath towels/kitchen garbage bags/foil or food wrap. The jacuzzi needed to be topped off with water from the hose underneath second story deck, before we could even use it. The grill contained two empty propane tanks, water pressure was pretty weak for showers and dish washing. The host, Luke, was very responsive, polite, informative about attractions, he just did not respond with the answers we were hoping for during our stay…he apologized and refunded one nights stay. He gave us instructions to fix water pressure and if that did not work, (which it didn’t) he offered to call the city). All in all, again this cabin is beautifully laid out inside and out. The main attractions were the location, the beautiful view from the deck and the jacuzzi! We even spotted several deer around the cabin the morning we were leaving right off the deck which was a special treat!
