"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"I can recommend the place for larger groups. We were a family of 18 and had the whole floor just for us in separate rooms with balcony and bathroom but large kitchen and dinning room . The location is stunning, a lot to rxplore"

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. Hier könnte noch etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus und das Freibad im Sommer ist gerade für Familien ideal. Wir hatten...

This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

"The Caro & Selig Tergensee is a lovely hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with broad balconies, great restaurant, coffee bar, and roof top bar. The Spa has wonderful complimentary Sauna, Steam and guest pool. Staff are efficient, accommodating and friendly. Easy walking distance to town shops and off-site restaurants. What’s not to like!"

"Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee is an amazing place to stay! Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. "Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again"

"Great stay st Bachmair Weissach. The hotel is beautiful. Particularly the stream that runs through it and the spa. Rooms are spacious, clean and quite nice. But there’s no a/c. It can get quite hot during the day. Staff was nice and attentive. Although service was a bit slow at times. Nothing too bad to detract from a wonderful experience"
