"Three positive considerations: 1- Location. Hotel is perhaps in the best part of Anglet and very close to Biarritz. You can walk, run or ride a bike safely thanks to infrastructure created in that part of the Angler. 2- Sorroundings. A beautiful Golf Course is what you see around the hotel. A shower was listed in the Expedia room description & you would think this is a basic facility all accommodation would have but alas not here. The apartment was dark & grimy. "The photos are very accurate and representative of the actual property. This isn't a new house so it isn't all sharp clean edges, instead it has character and is very spacious. As we had mixed weather this was important. The garden is well maintained too. It is also in a great location if you value being within walking distance of the beach and the various beach bars. It also has a bus stop outside with a direct service into Biarritz which we didn't plan for but was really useful. "
