Não recomendo.

Uma péssima experiência, já que não fiquei no hotel da minha escolha. Logo na chegada fui informada que a pousada estava em obras e que ficaria em outra pousada, em um local que já conheço e que não gosto de ficar. Local este longe da rua principal, onde o esgoto em natura corre a céu aberto pela rua, que por sua vez não é pavimentada e possui muitos buracos e pouca iluminação. Após várias horas de estrada, fiquei frustada com a falta de respeito da pousada, que deveria ter avisado com antecedência para que eu pudesse cancelar e fazer outra reserva em outra pousada. A Ilha Grande é um lugar maravilhoso e há várias pousadas com bom atendimento. Infelizmente, dessa vez não fiz uma boa escolha e não recomendo.

Infelizmente, não pretendo voltar…

Bem, ao chegar na Pousada, a pessoa responsável pela limpeza nos recebeu e nos levou até o quarto. Ligamos o ar condicionado e fomos nos acomodando. Estava muuuitoo quente. O ar não conseguia refrigerar o quarto. Foi solicitado que o técnico fosse lá. Ficamos esperando e nada. Deixamos a chave e fomos aproveitar a beleza do local. Voltamos e falamos com a recepcionista que pediu que fôssemos até o quarto. O ar estava ligado há um tempo e continuava da mesma forma. Realmente me exaltei e, prontamente, a Marcele sugeriu troca de quarto. Experimentamos três acomodações da mesma pousada e nada! Todos os ares da mesma forma!!!! Falei que entraria em contato com vocês e que queria meu dinheiro de volta. Marcele, mais uma vez, tentando solucionar o problema, nos ofereceu o Flat, que ficava na rua atrás. Fomos para lá. O local é muito bom, refrigerado, nem se compara à Pousada. Porém o banheiro é no 1o andar (ele é duplex) e o quarto principal no 2o. O colchão também deixa a desejar, havendo declínio do lado esquerdo. É isso! Agradeço a Marcele pela força e a preocupada em resolver a situação.

Experiência excelente na ilha grande!

Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo com minha esposa na pousada bugio, excelente experiência sempre volto, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo, café da manhã muito bom e um cafezinho da tarde um mimo à mais, meu muito obrigado a todos os funcionários em especial a Marcele e Amanda muito prestivas e simpáticas, espero voltar em breve.

Ótima estadia.

Gostaria de agradecer ao pessoal da pousada que foram ótimos no atendimento. O local e muito bem localizado e suas áreas internas são ótimas e arrumadas. Um café da manhã bem servido e com variedade. Super solícitos quando permitiram que ficássemos até as 17h quando saía nosso transfer de volta sem cobrar a mais. Só deixaria como sugestão que colocassem espelho de corpo todo nos quartos. Sentimos falta disso. Mas no mais, excelente escolha.

Bom, mas pode melhorar!

Olha, poderia ter sido melhor, viajamos em busca de sossego mas fomos acordados todos os dias as 6:30, com o barulho do café da manhã sendo preparado, detalhe, o café só era servido as 8h, muito tarde!!! O café pode melhorar tb, todo dia a mesma coisa, pra quem fica mais de uma semama, como foi meu caso, acaba enjoando. Mas no geral gostei, equipe educada e prestativa, cama confortável, pousada bem limpinha, tirando ins detalhes foi boa a estadia!
