"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. "This bright, well lit, and well equipped apartment uses the available space wisely. Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. Automatic electric locking system at apartment door can be disconcerting but is most certainly secure!...

"We stayed in this beautiful house with three families. The swimming pool was amazing. The house was of high quality and was very clean. It easily fitted our 12 people group which included 6 adults and 6 children. "The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there). The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them. "
