The location is good and the staff was generally polite. However, the internet service was extremely unreliable throughout the stay. The connection was weak, frequently disconnected, and often unusable, which made it very difficult to communicate and get basic online tasks done. Reliable internet is essential for guests, and this was a major issue during the stay. Improving the WiFi quality would significantly improve the overall experience.

Maintenance is needed in the rooms, the bathroom door didn't close ,staff are friendly but not all of them can understand English,we asked them for iron it was not available. There were a lot of varieties for breakfast, which was very good.

Otele girişte rezervasyon yaptigimiz oda dolu diye bizi başka odaya aldılar oda pis ve bakimsizdi ozellikle banyo ve koltuklar kir ve pisti. Personelin tavrı kabaydı. Çıkışta oda kontrolü için bekletildik. Rezalet bir konaklamaydı.

Banyolarda duşakabin gibi yâda lavabo civarı kenar ve köşeler ya paslı kiri yada rütübet izleri mevcuttur chlor izleri vardı duşakabinin heryerinde ve yerler eskimiş gibi cizik ve paslı duruyordu. Yataklar aşırı yumuşakdı yorgan ve yastıklar çok rahattı lakin yol üstünde bir otel olmasından dolayı heralde aşırı gürültülüydü odanın kendisi çok havasızdı gece uyumakda zorluk çekildi cam açınca sesden gürültüden uyuyamadık.

Suların kesilmesi ve açılınca paslı su gelmesi dışında çok keyifli zaman geçirdik. Otelin suçu olarak değerlendirilebilecek bir durum değildi onun için çok puan kırmak istemiyorum. Temizlik konusunda hoşnut kaldık, kahvaltı da geniş bir yelpaze içerisinde sunuluyor. Suit odaya ücretsiz yükseltilmiş olmamız ayrıca mutlu etti. Teşekkürler!

Otel hakkında genel

Otel genel anlamda güzel, personelin bir çoğu güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, oda temizliğine biraz daha dikkat edilebilir, odaya su koymamışlar dı bende mini bardakileri ikram olarak konulmuş sandım çıkışta suyunuz vardı diye iddia ederek suyun parası alındı ama iki su için alınan para yüksekdi bence personelin sonraki tavrı şahsen hoş değildi. Kahvaltı iyidi ve otel sakindi.
