Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel got off to a poor start. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by dirty mugs with leftover tea and a shower floor littered with hair. To make matters worse, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half-empty.
Although the front desk promptly sent housekeeping to address the issues, we were disappointed by the lack of apology or concern. When we mentioned the incident during checkout, the response was dismissive, with the staff simply stating, "We cleaned it."
While we appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. As a hotel, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are crucial. Hopefully, the management will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their services.
Rating: 2/5 Stars - Not Worth the 5-Star Rating
Given its 5-star rating on Expedia, we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of our expectations.
