"It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC. Luckily i had a screenshot and after a long argument with the staff who's not able to communicate in England, i managed to get to the prison cells size room with the AC.
