"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. Cheap and extremely great service from all staff

"Staff were amazing however cleaners in the morning were extremely noisey and woke us up early on hoth morning of our stay. Room was cleam although we had to request shampoo and body wash for the shower on first night as our were empy. The staff on check in (james i think) couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it out straight away though. Food was amazing and all staff through out our stay both on the bar and in the hotel were lovely and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend amd will definitely be staying again."

"This is the only hotel that we have stayed in so far that has comfy carpets. We loved the walk in shower and regret not having used it, we stayed for one night and didn't really need it. Lots of different lighting options which was good. And a proper chocolate cookie to welcome us to our very first stay at the Hilton in Hull."
