This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance.

This single-family ranch-style home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive to all things Ann Arbor.

The home was recently updated with a simple and clean design in mind, featuring new vinyl flooring, paint, decorations, and kitchen appliances. The three upstairs bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds which together can comfortably sleep six guests. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen, a small living space, and an additional full bath. In the upstairs living/dining area, you will find tons of natural light! Enjoy a cup of coffee out from on the porch at the coffee table. All the upstairs bedrooms are easily accessible for those who have problems getting around.

Additionally, guests are welcome to pass through the garage and enjoy the private backyard space featuring a BBQ grill, a firepit with lawn chairs, and a grass area for fun and games!

Great Place for U of M Football Weekend!
We had a great time at Jordan’s place. It was very easy check in and clean upon arrival. Jordan was very responsive. The backyard space is great and very spacious inside, more than enough room for our 6 guests. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Ann Arbor!

Wonderful stay! Property was exactly has described, very clean and a convenient location for the UofM dental school graduation. Spacious Ann Arbor house
We had a memorial for my father who taught at the U of M. We had family from all over the country attend. Weather was brutal cold but the lodging was spacious, clean and comfortable. We played board games we brought and had a few family meals. Would definitely recommend this place if you need lots of sleeping rooms.

Great stay for a guys trip!
Jordan was a wonderful host with quick and informative communication. The house was the perfect size for our group and gave us plenty of options to comfortably hang out. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. We were short Uber/Lyft rides to the University of Michigan football stadium and golf course we played (Leslie Park), as well as Costco and other essentials. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location and house
My daughter and I were in town for her orientation at U of M. The house was conveniently located close to campus. We enjoyed the renovations that had been done to the pro. It was very clean and the light in the kitchen that was left on for us was very welcoming. I highly recommend this property!

Great space for a group
The house had so many bedrooms that it was great for a group so that everyone had their own private sleeping space. Beds were comfortable and the coffee maker was very much appreciated! Although we did not have great outdoor weather, the backyard offered a nice large space for everyone to gather. The owner was so terrific with communication - I received immediate answers to all of my dumb questions!

Host was top notch. Very responsive. Goes out of their way to accommodate. House is nice for big gatherings. We had our family Thanksgiving here. Kitchen had just what we needed. Two great areas for watching football. Great location for getting around - but car is needed. Also, thanks to the host for serving up a 2023 Michigan three-peat win over OSU! Go Blue!

Pre Check in - Communication with Jordan was great. He responded promptly. Property - Property is exactly as described. Clean and well cared for. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and other necessities. Spice rack was a nice surprise. We were a group of 6 people and we did not feel cramped ( 5 proper bedrooms with storage space in each. Area: Close to all the places we needed. Couple of grocery stores within 5 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall , I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Jordan.
