We are central to all Major DMV destinations and cities.

The home rented out is the entire main (first) and second floor which totals 4,900 sq feet.

There will be no hosts or others sharing the areas of the house above being rented out.

The basement is a separate apartment with it’s own exterior entrance/exit, driveway, parking space and even garage.

The basement is not a part of this house being rented out. The basement can not be accessed from the interior of the home.

We have a lovely couple that resides part time in the separated basement of this home. They frequently travel for work and reside here a few weeks in the month.

Top/Second Floor:
Master bedroom with full shower and whirlpool jetted soaking tub.

Two large spacious walk-in closets for the master bedroom.

A walk out balcony with views as far as Crystal City.

An additional private bedroom WITHIN the Master Bedroom suite, with its' own bed, nightstand, etc. - perfect for smaller children that want to stay in very close proximity to their parents. (Baby Bjorn Travel Crib available on request for nominal fee of $35 per stay - to cover cleaning and thorough sanitation of item)
Cable TV in this room.

Laundry washer and dryer is located in the Master bedroom suite.

The second bedroom has it's own private bath with shower, cable TV, a queen bed, and a walk-out balcony with the same beautiful views as the master bedroom.

The third and forth bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom accommodates 4, with a full size bunk beds and matching twin beds. Each room has its own closet.

Main/First floor:
A 3 car garage, spacious kitchen with sun room, a formal dining room, sitting room, family room with Cable TV, and entertainment room directly connected to a covered patio/deck with grill and patio table + chairs.

We do not have any bedrooms on the main floor & there is a flight of stairs that need to be taken in order to access the second/top floor where the bedrooms are located.

There will be no hosts or others sharing the house being rented out.

The basement is not a part of this house being rented out. The basement can not be accessed from the interior of the home.

The house has a generator and the latest tankless heat water system, never have fear of being without electricity and always have hot water during your stay.

Blender & Keurig-style coffee maker with starter pods and tea is provided for all stays.

Fireplaces have all been closed for safety. A past incident left the entire house filled with smoke because the chimney damper was not opened when a fire was started. We have since closed access to the fireplaces at the property.

The gardens are absolutely lovely and instagram worthy with benches and well manicured pine trees for a peaceful evening after a long day exploring the city.

Animal-free zone: This house is an animal-free zone as the host’s elderly mother & caretaker are both asthmatic and highly allergic. We have found deep cleanings are still not able to fully rid the house of animal dander after an animal has stayed.
