The home is older so may not be in "pristine" condition, but it has new fixtures and appliances. It is well laid out and the heat and air work well. "Check-in was absolutely seamless. The apartment was very spacious. The host provided every ammenity you could need, in case you forgot something. I can say that the communication was great. Never failed to respond quickly, succinctly, and kindly. Location-wise, it doesnt get much more central to food and entertainment, between South Main and Magnolia. Just stay alert if you are walking at night. I was very impressed. "
