"Everything was very nice until the hurricane was approaching and they suddenly told us we had to check out immediately without warning. The hurricane was not supposed to even hit landfall for 2 days. The guest clerk said "we will waive the early check out fee". Really!!?? You bet you will considering you made us leave 2 days early! We said we want a refund for the last two days we paid for since we've been asked to leave. She told us she would look into it.....OMG. "
