This beautiful Art Deco apartment with a 50 m2 garden terrace is ideally located less than a hundred meters from Juan-les-Pins train station. Beaches and downtown shops are nearby and less than 5 minutes' walk away. Everything is done here on foot and you can forget the car. Apart from its beautiful garden terrace, rare here in the city center, this apartment combines refined decoration and quality equipment, it can accommodate 5 people with real beds. Among the amenities, WiFi, portable and efficient air conditioning, washing machines and dishes, TV, a real modern oven and hob, gas barbecue on the terrace, and a senseo coffee machine ... You are in the heart of Juan-les-Pins and close to Antibes center, Cannes, Vallauris and Nice. Guides and leaflets are available to you concerning bus addresses, activities and timetables, as well as information on the Wi-Fi connection.
Household linen, sheets, towels, etc. are provided at the entrance to the premises, and for long stays, our staff can change your linen once a week. Breakfast on the terrace like lunch or dinner on the ground floor is a joy and the sunbathing will be as pleasant as at the beach ... A direct line from Nice Airport (around 20 minutes depending on the timetable) by bus 250 Régence stop will quickly take you to your vacation spot. There are so many things to do here all year round, and Juan lives day and night in summer. For excursions to Monaco or Italy, there are many trains from the nearby station.
