"My wife and I stayed in a two bedroom unit overlooking the bay with a nice balcony. Didn’t need the second bedroom but appreciated the family room, kitchen and balcony. Unit was clean..even though it’s overlooking a street..noise was dampened by roll down exterior shades. Service was great. Friendly front desk and cleaning crew."

"I have just stayed at Hotel La Villa Cap D’Antibes for 2 nights while on business, and will definitely be staying again next time. The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is clean, with great facilities, and my room was very good. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use the pool as the weather was bad, but it looked great and I hope to get the chance to make use of it next time I stay here."

"The staff where very friendly and helpful, the Property had everything required for a pleasant stay, excellent location for reaching Monaco, Cannes, Nice and up and down the Côte d'Azur. If you are after a 5 star hotel then book one but for the average Mortal Residéal is more that adequate. Within easy walking of Antibes and the Railway station that unlocks hassle free travel to the French Riviera, would book again."
