I didn’t like the fact that, there isn’t AC. Or ceiling fan or portable fan, it was hot during the day and evening hours. The water flow it’s low. The shower head it’s too close to the wall. "Tom has a great property and is SUPER responsive prior to checking in and during/after the stay. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness of the room and the property. The cat is very friendly. Walking to the middle of town takes approximately 12-15 mins depending on your pace. But the entire area is very safe clean and friendly. "

"I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....

"Nice property close to all touristy places. This property gets you what you paid for, don’t expect luxury. Literally block away from the arch. You can see volcanoes like Fuego, Antigua and Acatenango from the balcony. Friendly staff and great in communication. I highly recommend this place. "

"Lovely property, colonial style. My apt was small but sufficient for one person. host was very accommodating when I had to show up early because of the blockades affecting the country. I had to leave early to ensure I would be able to travel back home. Only suggestion would b to update the linens and to put desk in front room and small Couch in the bedroom. I will surely return. This is my second stay in the property "
