"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Truly charming. The staff is so completely friendly and gracious. The room has character, the key was an old fashioned skeleton key. The property, once past the front gate transports you into another world. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I would have liked a fan in the room, but that is just me. And they were flexible with check out times given our hike down the volcano was slower than expected. She was hospitable and invited us in to sit on the couches (despite how grungy we were)!
