welcome to your new favorite place! This 5 bedroom 2 bath includes 4 queen beds 1 Twin, 1 California king and 3 regular King bed with 3,700 square feet of living. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and nice big shower.
Cozy and large living space with a nice kitchen big enough to feed any crowd. The living area includes pool table large screen TV with plenty DVDs to choose from. we have puzzles, board games and card games for those who love them!. Also Fire Place out side for those nights that needs smores. The view from the windows and 2,600sqft full wraparound porch will take your breath away. The Bathroom includes shower tub combo, sink and toilet. Towels,soap, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. Each room has bedding and pillows with an extra blanket in the closet. The kitchen has serving utensils and eating utensils, pots and pans and some cooking dishes are in the kitchen. Enough dish ware to serve 12 people, also for dinner seating there is a wrap around bar with the option for two 8feet tables and chairs are available under the stairs, to go inside or out side on the porch. Washer and dryer is available. Just so you know there is no land line, wi-fi or cell phone service at the cabin. We have AC/Furnace for temperature control. While the cabin itself offers the perfect space for private relaxation, nearby you'll find various popular attractions. Fun activities in the area include ATV riding on the famous Paiute ATV Trail, rafting down the Sevier River through Marysvale Canyon and fishing at Otter Creek State Park.

Thirty minutes to the west, you'll appreciate the wildlife at Beaver Mountain and the abundance of fish at the LeBaron Reservoir or Puffer Lake.
Fish Lake is only 45 minute drive to the North.
Also, 55 miles away, but well worth the drive through the beautiful country range, you'll want to explore Bryce Canyon to take in all of the amazing scenery.

This place was beautiful. It's spacious and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit while watching the sunset. We rode our ATV's from the cabin around the didn't trials. They had toys for our grandkids to play with as well. Great place!!

This place was a perfect basecamp for totality of the Annular Eclipse. The house is beautifu, kitchen was stocked well and the stars at night are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful getaway
This property was absolutely perfect for our getaway. The home is spacious and wonderful for our kids that ranged from 1-11. They watched movies and played pool inside but spent a majority of our time outside with the spectacular views! We couldn’t get enough of how gorgeous it is. The wrap around porch and fire pit were a huge hit. Like it was mentioned there is no cell service or internet at the house which makes for a great opportunity to spend quality time together. We went to the marina to get Wi-Fi and check in at home. The lake was fun to take a boat ride and fish and we drove to see some scenic areas and trails nearby. Darci was a wonderful host. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us!

Totally Off The Grid!
Although the house is beautiful, it has NO communication services at ALL. No cell, internet, TV or even landline on a 5 mile dirt road that requires 4WD to navigate. We were fortunate it didn’t rain or the dirt road would have been even more muddy. It’s at least 20 minute drive to get cell service. Also, there is no dishwasher and you are expected to take your trash with you even though there’s a cleaning fee. None of this was transparent in the listing.

Beyond Expectations
What a beautiful cabin! Awesome views, accommodations, and memories! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful space you have created away from it all! The best part was there was no internet and phone service, so we could truly escape from the world for a couple of days, and enjoy each other’s company without distractions only good old fashioned entertainment! The pool table was a hit with my boys! We used the trager for some awesome smoked steaks. We told stories around the fireplace. Everyone raved about the beds! Just an awesome weekend getaway! We did come right after a snowstorm and thank heavens for jacked up Fords and 4x4 or I’m not sure we would have made it, but getting there was half the fun if you’re into mudding! Once the roads dried up a bit, we didn’t have any problems. My dad, brother, and my boys all commented, “Best Weekend Ever”!

Awesome new cabin! The perfect place for 12 of us to have our family reunion!
Big kitchen with tons of counter space. All five bedrooms are really big. The living area is really large and was perfect for watching movies and hanging out. Everyone loved the pool table and the corn hole sets. The whole place was super clean, plenty of towels, comfy beds and linens. The AC worked great. The wrap around patio waa great for reading in the evening and watching the sun set over the lake. Our teenage and young adult kids loved this place as much as the adults. There really is no wifi or cell service. We honestly ended up loving that. We were able to get enough service to check for messages down by the power poles that run along Meadow Drive, just like the owner's instructions indicated. We rented kyaks from the Otter Creek Marina and RV park and they have wifi at their little store. The State Park has paddle boards for rent but it was too windy so they wouldn't let us take them out. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Big Families and Groups Look No Further!!
Plenty of space for our party of 10, 3 of which are kids, <11 y/o. The cabin is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake to the west. Completely spectacular!! The cabin is fully stocked with everything you’d need plus some bonus items people have left for emergencies. Really a well thought out setup compared to most rentals we’ve had in the past. Fishing is bountiful at nearby Otter Creek reservoir, about a 10 minute drive from the cabin. We fished 2 days, caught 20 rainbow trout!! The fact that there was no cell service or internet was a blessing for us. It was really nice to see no devices and just have good family time. The owner was very attentive to any questions I had and responded almost instantly for any inquisitions I had. I highly recommend this house for any large group or family!!

Great place overall...would add a few things though.
The property was big and beautiful inside and out. Nice views and a quiet location. Overall our stay was great! Pros: Spacious, quiet location, beds were very comfortable, clean, great fireplace, Traeger smoker was a bonus, the pool table was enjoyed every night, views were beautiful! We used the Traeger smoker every night as well as the fireplace. The location is fairly close to Bryce and to Capitol Reef National Parks, about an hours drive. In addition, Kodachrome Basin State park as well as Grand Staircase are very close by. So stunning scenery and lots of great hiking to be done in the area, which is why we came to Utah. It was very nice to stay away from the busyness of the Bryce area and have a quiet place to retreat to. After all the hiking we did the laundry was also very useful, pretty much a requirement, so thankful to have it! Suggestions: Some information about the area and nearby parks would be nice so we could plan our days, our hikes, in advance..... There was no way to communicate with the outside world; not even a landline, which we knew in advance, but this made planning our daily excursions difficult since we did not know the area, other than the general research we had done prior to our trip. Also, if we had had an issue at the house there was no way to contact anyone, not even a neighbor. The house was beautiful, but the kitchen amenities could be brought up to par with the rest of the place....Only plastic cups, no glass glasses, not enough utensils/dishes if you were to have 12 people, which we frequently do. NO Dishwasher, but a space for one so I am guessing one will be installed? Would have been nice to know. Also the stove did not work well...took over an hour to boil potatoes the first night and we had to keep switching burners to maintain a low boil otherwise they didn't even simmer. Luckily we had the Traeger!! Also there was only 4 of us, but the freezer was so full we had a hard time fitting in our bag of ice (ice maker was down which we were told about in advance) and the one bag of frozen veggies that we brought, maybe this isn't the norm? Would suggest having an additional refrigerator/freezer, especially if you ever have 12 people rent . Plenty of room in laundry area for one. Since there was no internet, it would be nice to add some updated, more adult-ish, books, movies & games to your inventory. Suggestions for games: Monopoly, Catan, Presidents, Bananagrams, Scrabble, cards, Uno.

Awesome Cabin
First of all the cabin is huge. Sits in a juniper forest with a few other cabins, eight minutes up a maintained county road. Views and sunsets are amazing. If you want a peaceful quiet setting this it. 60 minutes to Bryce NP, 90 minutes to Capitol Reef NP. Cabin has everything from massage chair, jacuzzi tub etc. Perfect place.

Quiet Cabin
The Property was great. It was plenty big to entertain and also had large rooms and lots of beds if you wanted to hide away and relax. The property is tucked away in the hills to provide the quiet country sounds. The view of the reservoir at dusk & dawn is amazing. If you are looking to get out of the city to reset and relax this is a great place to do just that.
