"This property is all about location, location, location. The setting is spectacular, on a private beach and with magnificent views. Very nice pool area. 15 min walk to Gaios, where you can catch the boat to Antipaxos and find plenty of restaurants, shops… Rooms are small and tired and feel more like 3 stars, they could certainly do with a renovation but, in a setting like this, you don’t want to spend too much time in the room anyway! "The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. We booked a room last minute when our original hotel (Olympic) contacted us to say they were overbooked, leaving us without a room just days before our arrival in Parga.
