"The entire staff are so nice, friendly, efficient, competent, and I could go on and on. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable and happy. I feel like I’m coming home when I stay here. The restaurant has the most delicious gourmet food, and very reasonably price. My favorite is the sea bass and chocolate soufflé. My room was spotless clean, spacious, and very comfortable. "This hotel is wonderful..the room was fantastic…large, stylish..clean..Comfortable..and I can definitely recommend getting a room on the first floor with its huge private balcony. Hotel has 4 floors only first floor rooms ( 2nd floor above ground) have balconies. Friendly, helpful staff..2 short blocks from the tram which was a straight line to the Duomo. Very quiet residential neighborhood…I really enjoyed it"
"We have a great time in this hotel very nice espacius and clean close to the transportation ( train) to go to the central station the only concern is the laundry service very expensive no detergent to wash the clothes you have to go to the closer store to bye, and the area around is not too safe "
