"The hotel itself is modern, clean which has comfy beds and facilities. Staff had been helpful however I think it would be helpful if they send extra staff at the reception counter when there are a big crowd checking in which was dragged for quite long. It terms of the location, it is a bit far from downtown Paris, which can take 30+ minutes to go by train and buses. There is a bit of walk from one of the train stations"

"Conveniently located near the Louvre with several cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was outstandingly helpful and so pleasant. Reception desk workers and some restaurant staff spoke English. All were so patient and kind with my rudimentary French. "

"Staff was mostly great. Front desk and concierge were great. When I asked for a couple of towels from housekeeping in the hall, It seemed to be such an inconvenience that they actually made a face and sighed. Then I asked for another one because I needed 2 and that was even worse. Outside of these 2 people, the rest of housekeeping was great. "

"Clean rooms. Big enough for two. Nice lobby area. Hotel bar showed Wimbledon so that was convenient. Hotel was walking distance to a firehall (for Fireman's Ball). Also 10 minutes from a fairly central metro station. Though, Chromecast wasn't working on our TV."
