The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was great as it is only 8-10 min walking distance to the subway stations and train stations. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing the hotel could improve on is to provide water on a daily basis rather than only for the first day,.

Good location with reasonable walk to old town and easy public transport, approx 10min to the train station and airport bus stops. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. Took our own kettle but drinks are available in reception.

"Nice stay, close to Erl in Austria, home of the Tiroler Festspiele. A nice Biergarten and good Augustiner beer. The breakfast was very good organised. Due to the ongoing pandemic, still some umcomfortable restrictions. Overall a nice stay at this very typical Bavarian village."

"Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich ..."
