The stairs are slightly difficult for younger children to handle (eg 2 years and under). Local village of Fourcès has a great restaurant - make sure you book it was very popular. "We rented the house as a base during a meditation retreat in nearby Temple sur Lot. It is a wonderful home, very comfy, lots of places to relax and read a book. Kitchen was well-stocked.
