Ótimo. Alimentação: peguei pensão completa, comida bem feita, bem temperada, uma variedade ok no almoço, jantar e café da manhã. Atendimento excelente. Estacionamento ao lado mas o portão ficou fechado e tem segurança. Quarto e banheiro muito limpos, excelente acabamento. Vista da basílica. Da pra ir a pé pro santuário sem problemas. Muito próximo às feirinhas porém não é exatamente na rua, então não tem dificuldades pra estacionar igual a alguns hotéis dos arredores. Li algumas reclamações sobre elevador: realmente demora, mas tem 2, nos horários de pico como de refeições e check out, demora, mas o prédio é super alto, muitos hóspedes, era de se esperar. Fui em 3 adultos, 1 criança e 1 bebê, achei excelente, tem pontos? Óbvio. Mas todos tem, não é um resort ou hotel 25 estrelas. Esses pontos tem muito mais a ver com os demais hóspedes do que com o hotel em si. Único ponto que eu deixo: coloquem tela nas janelas, claro que a responsabilidade tem de ser dos pais, mas pela altura e o tanto que a janela abre, criança pequena tem que ficar de olho. Voltaria sem questões, excelente.

Hotel limpo, bom atendimento, porém o café da manhã deixou a desejar, suco ruim, falta de produtos tipo bolos acabaram e não houve reposição, pães amanhecidos, café frio, ou seja, quem vai fazer o desjejum após as 08:00 horas não tem todos os itens.

Relação custo benefício muito boa. Estavamos de passagem e ficamos apenas uma noite. Atendimento ótimo desde a recepção, quarto, banheiro e chuveiro muito bons. Ótima vista para a basílica. Achei falta de um criado mudo em um dos lados da cama, muito útil para se colocar o celular, óculos, água, etc.

Avaliação hotel VIPPER
O atendimento do hotel é muito bom. Os quartos organizados e aconchegantes. Tem café da manhã com variedades. Se a hospedagem for em dia útil, o hotel dá uma cortesia de um tour guiado na Basílica. O hotel possui garagem e o único ponto de melhoria que coloco é que deve ser colocada uma cobertura na garagem, pois é a céu aberto.
