"Lovely family run hotel. Service excellent, food better than expected, great location right on the beach with a nice pool area. 2 good restaurants adjacent (Yialos in particular) and an easy walk into the harbour. Air con in the room. Rooms are spacious and we had a lovely balcony. Great sunset view nightly from the pool and outdoor eating area. Very few kids so great for older couples like us (50's). It's a shame it's effectively a 2.5 star hotel giving 4 star service. A few tweaks would make all the difference. Lobby and reception badly need updating - new furniture and a repaint of all the dated brown wood to cream or white would instantly improve first impressions. Cyprus has water shortage issues but hotel does daily room service and full towel replacement as standard - practically no other hotel does this any more! No notices to ask guests to only replace unused towels or opt for less frequent room service. A few more umbrellas in the grassy area around the pool, and ensuring all umbrella stands have a functioning umbrella would solve the daily shortage. Also they allow people put towels out then disappear leaving beds unavailable. A 1 hour policy could be applied as there was a shortage of beds/umbrellas because of this. My pet hate is a shower-in-a-bath with a curtain - shower curtains should be banned! Shower panels please, or better yet get rid of the baths and have big walk in showers - which would also reduce water wastage."

"We had a lovely stay at the villa. Everything was very professional from Agni Travel and the local villa owner also stopped by after we checked in to say hello. We received some welcome food essentials from the owner which was a nice touch. The villa and pool area felt large, bigger than we expected from the first photos actually. The inside was very well equipped with all essentials. The pool was a little chilly but we still were able to use it throughout our 4 night stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. We were a family with three children and it worked perfectly. I would say a car is a essential if staying here - Latchi is only a 15-20 minute walk however the roadside only has pavement for certain areas - this would be ok however on our walks in during the evening there were several drivers speeding so it’s not the most pleasant walk. In the car Latchi was a couple of minutes and has all you need. We loved the villa and would highly recommend "

"When we booked Villa Mia we are obviously looking at images & reading reviews of others, all were really good. What I have to say is that the pictures don't do Villa Mia justice! My wife was born in Cyprus & we (including our daughters) go to Cyprus twice a year & have done for nearly twenty years. Villa Mia was the best villa we have ever booked. One of the things my Wife wants when she is booking a Villa is a view, I am not bothered either way. That was until we arrived at Villa Mia. The views are incredible. The Villa in situated in a quiet area overlooking Latchi & Polis but you can see right around the bay. I set my alarm each morning for 05:45 so I could see the sun rise. The images on Vrbo whilst very nice do not do Villa Mia justice. The entire Villa was perfect for us. We were a party consisting of myself & my wife & our three grown up daughters (aged 23, 25 & 27) plus their partners. They were of the same opinion - perfect. Stewart & Sue were the absolutely superb prior to the holiday in providing info etc but excelled when we were in the Villa. You know when you are speaking to someone & you make a judgement, my immediate one was (& is) that they are both genuinely wanting to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you want a perfect villa in a perfect place then book Villa Mia, you will feel the same as all eight of our party in that it does not get better than Villa Mia! Paul & Joanne "
