The main highlight of this property to us was the staff and their best service to their customers. Our first checked in unil checked out on 29th January 2025 we don't have any problems.Thank you Ana and your great quality of customer service you've giving to all your clients with all your hard work, you have managed your staff really well to make sure the customers are happy during their vacation. My partner and I stayed here a night before heading to to a resort the following day. It was so convenient and close to the township and shops. Our room was bigger than we expected and had air conditioning which is a bonus! Rosy's Burgers is also on site which had the best fish burger and loaded fries I've had! The staff were extra lovely too.

Friendly staff. Room was ok, no toiletries provided so good thing we brought our own. However on our last night a bar of soap was placed on our bathroom sink. The room had a kettle and just when we wanted to make a coffee the kettle had a European plug which cannot be plugged into the plug on the wall. No adaptor provided. Sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to close at first but was manageable, however looking from inside the bathroom, the door had black streaks of grease or oil marks that is probably used to lubricate the wheels on sliding door. The cleaners may not see it, as the door is probably left open when they do their cleaning. Tv was available but no programs. Hot water was available but the room we were in, it comes on burning hot, unable to control hot water, in less than a minute, no hot water whatsoever. On our first night we were woken up at 11.30pm by a staff only to be told to move our car. We got confused as the front yard had a massive car parking area and only a few cars were parked. Car moved 5mtrs from where we originally parked. Not sure why we were not told earlier since we were at the premises since 6pm. Breakfast was great, nothing fancy, but at least something to get you going through out the day. I recommend their friendly services but just minor things that needs to be worked on especially with house keeping side of things.

- Rooms closed road. So they were noisy all day- - No free wifi. When I asked them about wifi, staff asked me waiting for 3hours, and then 20 mins and then no IT to provide voucher code. Both of staffs were not honest. We had no wifi during stay and we checked out and no body replied any feedback. - The area was not safety. I and daughter went to supermarket and restaurant to buy dinner. There were a lot man follow up us and joking us. - Bathroom was small and old.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure. Staff went over and above to making sure we were looked after each day. Facilities were suitable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. Prime location to the markets, and town. Had the best holiday experience and highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Affordability so that you can spend more on shopping and local activities.
