This light filled holiday apartment is spread over 3 levels and is the perfect retreat for those wanting the beach and cafes on their doorstep!

Set just behind the main shopping strip, you are only 1 minutes walk to a coffee shop!
Apollo Bays has a great selection cafes/restaurants, retail shops and gorgeous swimming beaches all within an easy stroll from your holiday accommodation.

Relax on the deck or in the reading nook with a book, enjoying ocean views from Cape Pattern through to the Apollo Bay Harbour. Or curl up on the couch in front of the cosy electric Wood Fire and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV.

The Top Floor
The top floor of this holiday apartment accommodation boasts open plan living/kitchen/dining with Ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine (aldi version) dining table for 6, comfy lounge chairs, smart TV, reverse cycle heating and cooling, cosy electric fireplace.
Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the deck with ocean and town views, outdoor setting for 4 & BBQ

The Master bedroom has a King sized with en-suite featuring a large corner spa.

The Middle Floor
Offering 2 more bedrooms one with Queen bed the other with a Trio bunk (double bottom, single on top).
The Bathroom/Laundry offer Shower over bath, toilet, vanity, washing machine & dryer

The Ground Floor
Offer Entrance keypad for entry & garage.

Dog Welcome
Due to this being an apartment only SMALL dogs are permitted.
Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in this accommodation and must be taken downstairs onto the street for toileting.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.

The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.

All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.

There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.

STRICTLY SMALL DOGS ONLY
All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.

Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
