Good location, decent size room. Comfy bed, refrigerator but no microwave in room. Free breakfast with lots of options 7-930am. Fast food, gas station lots of stores around. Bus stop too. Property is gated, press button to get buzzed in. Check in is 4pm, not sure why. But Rochelle at front got me early check in. She's the best. There's a pool, it's lake side property with cananas and hammocks. There's a drainage pond there too though. Overall it's a decent option and with the price I would stay again. There is $34 resort fee but still the total was $94 for the night through Expedia. That fee covers the parking breakfast gym pool everything.

Inside the room was great. I was honestly almost scared to go outside. The area is sketchy so say the least. We heard voices and yelling all night long and we were on the 3rd floor---at 3 AM, 5 AM and then again at 7 AM. Not the place's fault but I would not go back again.

"The staff was awesome!! I needed a TV in my room and I called late one afternoon to let them know. The repairman was there the very next morning to install. Room was clean and super close to the beach! Highly recommend the ground floor ocean front! We will be back soon!"
