Beautiful place
The hotel is very nice with an exceptional view and private beach. The team is really nice though very few of them speak English. They are trying to do their best. The food is not at the level of a 5 stars and lot of kids shooting with parents with shorts and flipflop at the restaurant but we really enjoy our stay and many thanks to the team and Thiago who upgraded us.

Very good resort if you want to relax
We loved our stay at Carmel Charme Resort. The beach is very nice and clear, pool is excellent. We were also very pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice to us. The only downside was the restaurant. It was not at the same level as the rest of the resort (except for the breakfast, which was also very good). Even tough the resort package did not include lunch or dinner, we ended up having our meals at the resort, but wished we had other options around, as the restaurant did not live to the expectations.

Impecável!
Fui para o Carmel Charme com expectativas elevadas e o hotel conseguiu superá-las. Incrível, realmente um hotel nota 10, impecável. Do conforto do quarto às área comuns, o atendimento dos funcionários (destaque para a Mariana), os ambientes impecáveis... o café da manhã é sensacional! Os eventos no fim do dia (cinema ao ar livre, luau, sunset party), tudo é cuidadosamente escolhido e bem feito! Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei no Brasil.

Atendimento excelente, instalações muito bem conservadas e bonitas Café da manhã perfeito e o jantar no restaurante do hotel (que não está incluído) é muito bom - variedade de pratos.
