Water park by the beach.
The hotel has a variety of dishes for breakfast, including fruits, cakes and other typical ones. The whole hotel seemed to be recently painted and reformed. The rooms are clean, restrooms too. The price is low to other equivalent in the area. The hotel doesn't have enough on-site parking on weekends.

Pleasant hotel
15 minutes walk to the beach. Very long stretch of sand for the closest beach. Not much choice of restaurants near the hotel apart from the tourist area by the seaside. Public transport not very good. Taxi option if you can afford it. Open restaurant, which attracts flies. Main tourist attractions far. Swimming pool with different levels of depth. No recycling bins provided. Brown water in the toilet sink.

Hotel Parque das Águas GELADAS, chuveiro em todo o hotel gelado, já fiquei lá várias vezes, tirando o chuveiro que nunca resolvem (solar), no mais tudo foi ótimo, então se não ligar para isso (como eu), custo benefício vale! Volto lá sim, sempre.
